To stand a chance of winning, consumers can purchase any Dettol soap or liquid hand wash, scratch the promo sticker and send the unique code via SMS to 32299. The consumer will receive an entry notification SMS confirming their participation in the monthly draws and ultimately the grand draw.

Mr. Pereira said the company, through its flagship brand Dettol has placed a strategic focus on development of health and hygiene programs throughout the year.
“Besides this consumer promotion, Dettol will continue to invest in health and hygiene promotion across the country by partnering with the national government, local governments as well as like-minded non-profit organizations,” he said.

In its quest to support the country’s Vision 2030 of a healthier nation, Dettol has through the years implemented school programs that focused on teaching children when and how to wash their hands with soap and water.

Through this, the company has reached over 1,500,000 children. The company also has programs that reach out to new mothers, educating them about good health and hygiene practices. Besides this the company has in the recent past also supported the implementation of health and hygiene facilities in Turkana through its “Be a Hero for Turkana” campaign raising funds through the support of its loyal consumers.
